Service terms
Agree the application, scope and review before drafting.
These terms describe the website information and the basic scope of the writing packages. Updated: October 9, 2026.
Enquiries and engagement
Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not itself confirm an engagement or payment. There is no online ordering or payment function. Before drafting starts, the written proposal confirms the funding opportunity, application version, materials, word and section limits, deliverables, revision rounds, schedule, total fee, applicable taxes, payment terms and arrangements for changes or cancellation.
Applicant information and approval
Drafting uses the project details, supporting information, budget figures and funder guidelines you supply. You confirm eligibility and the accuracy of the information, hold the required permissions for supplied materials and approve the commitments in the text. We flag missing or conflicting details for your review rather than treating them as confirmed.
Service scope
All packages cover one English-language application and include editable DOCX text and a review PDF. Full application adds a requirements checklist and includes budget and evaluation narratives. Detailed submission adds a one-page summary and includes budget, evaluation and risk sections. All drafted text counts towards the stated word limit.
Funder research, eligibility advice, financial modelling, external research, translation and portal submission are outside the packages. You or an authorised representative prepare attachments, enter the content into the funder’s system, check the final version and submit it. Funding decisions remain with the funder; writing services do not guarantee an award.

Enquire about this packageIndicative writing fees in Canadian dollars for one English-language application using your project materials and supplied funder guidelines. Both the word and section limits apply; all drafted text, including budget commentary and the summary, counts towards the word limit. A section is a separate application prompt or agreed narrative heading. Business days begin after scope approval and receipt of complete materials; applicant review time is additional. A revision round means one consolidated set of comments within the agreed scope. Funder research, eligibility advice, financial modelling, external research, translation and portal submission are outside these packages. Your written quote confirms the total fee, any applicable taxes and payment terms before work starts.
Revisions and production time
A revision round means one consolidated set of comments within the agreed application and scope. New prompts, a different opportunity, replacement project plans or substantial changes to the supplied budget may require an updated quote and schedule, agreed before additional work. Production days begin after scope approval and receipt of complete materials. Time waiting for your feedback or approval is additional.
Proposal examples
Sections marked “Illustrative example” demonstrate how a workshop plan can be organised into an objective, delivery plan and evaluation approach. Your application is drafted from your own project details and the selected funder’s prompts.
Specific agreements and information
